I discovered this raptor in the Fingerlakes region by the side of the road. He must have been hungry, he didn't try to flee, and was quite unimpressed by passing cars. I stopped for the filming, but he got nervous when I opened the door, so I had to twist myself to get some decent video footage. I assure you, it's not AI. I'm not an expert, but would consider this a Red tailed hawk. It's cut short, we kept being interrupted by cars.#redtailhawk #raptor #feeding #rodent #ajalexander
