I've also several times experienced "AI" note summarizers miss the word "not" from someone speaking quickly. And thus deliver summary statements that are the exact opposite of what was said — which causes havoc if users try to treat them as useful information.

I have eufy security cameras at home. They claim to be using AI for object recognition. More than a dozen times each day, the doorbell camera has identified the bug zapper as “human”. Finally, I had to limit the region in which it performs object recognition. lol
