Der 3. Fall für Hercule Poirot, aber dieses Mal scheint was übernatürliches am Werk zu sein. Es wirkt immer wie ein Christa Agatha Krimi. Gute Atmosphäre, geiles Setting, jede Einstellung ist ein Gedicht und die Kamerafahrten sind stark. Das Ende hat mich nicht überzeugt obwohl der Twist mir gefallen hat ( Eben Christa Agatha Typisch) Guter Film, besser als der 2. Teil.

A Haunting in Venice (2023)
Detective Poirot attends a party on Halloween night in Venice, and (surprise surprise) someone gets murdered.
I love the whole Halloween ambiance of this film. There’s a seance, spooky Eyes Wide Shut masks, a creepy old building and a (possible) ghost. Really love the old school haunted house vibe more than the actual murder mystery.
Definitely one of those comfort horror films.

I just watered the "A Haunting in Venice" Hercule Poirot movie.

I liked it, I enjoy "whodunit" stuff like Poirot and Sherlock Holmes.
Sure, it would've been nice if the characters would be mice, like in "The Great Mouse Detective", but this was really nice with humans, as well. 😁
