I realize why #AGGarland chose #JackSmith to be #SpecialProsecutor for Trump's crimes.

Me reasoning, no other knowledge; prosecuting international criminals at the Hague must be a dangerous job requiring lots of personal security detail for him -- and his family. So his spouse, for ex., would be acclimated to it as well.

Same as prosecuting TOC figure TRUMP, who generates more death threats against others than any political figure I've ever seen.

No wonder Smith looks so grim.
