Betreiber von #Ladesäulen müssen Preise pro Kilowattstunde, Minutenentgelte und weitere Gebühren klar vorab ausweisen.

Bei Verstößen drohen #Bußgelder bis zu 100.000 Euro. Grundlage ist die EU-Verordnung #Afir (Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation).

Ziele sind mehr #Verbraucherschutz und einheitliche Regeln für #Ladeinfrastruktur und Mobilitätsdienste.

Gemäß #AFIR müssen Ladestellenbetreiber das ähnlich machen, tun sie aber nur selten.

Liebe #eauto Fahrer. Die EU möchte eure Meinung zur Umsetzung der Ladeinfrastruktur, "Transparenz" zu Zahlmöglichkeiten usw. wissen. Bis Ende 2026 muss die #AFIR geprüft werden und da kann jeder seinen Senf dazu geben.
