Die #baywa Ladesäulen waren ja schon vorher nicht zu empfehlen. Bei #KiaCharge, #Cariqa oder auch #Electroverse Preise über 1€ pro kWh. Bislang kostete es Ad-hoc zumindest 79 Cent. Wahrscheinlich gab es da von der #BaFin eine auf den Deckel wegen #AFIR Verstoß. Und was machen sie? Den Ad-hoc Preis hochsetzen. Alter!

Am Landgericht München wird seit dieser Woche eine Klage gegen den #Ladeanbieter #EWE_Go verhandelt. Geklagt hat #DCS, das sich durch die #B2B-Preise diskriminiert fühlt – und darin einen Verstoß gegen die #AFIR sieht. Das Verfahren könnte die ganze Branche beeinflussen.

This German court case could well be the first that is not settled outside of or before the court. This could contribute to the desirable case law on the application of #AFIR.
