Something I've been considering with one of the royal families is basing it on a non battle related job. When you look at a lot of royal families, either they took down a big monster, got accolades through war, or religious bestowal.
So having a royal family that was originally a monster tamer, a blacksmith, or something else is something I'm tossing around.
So what's the plan today?
A. Write your 50th matriarchal kingdom
B. Record stuff for YouTube
C. Will sales into existence

So I'm currently working on the script for this video (RSD and anxiety is keeping me from streaming) and I realized that with how I approach world building, the question of ethics and morality is a major concern.
So my fantasy worlds are a mix of medieval and modern times. So I try to figure out what works best for the story. I don't use 1 to 1 for any time period, but there are aspects from both that could work.

Just came up with a video idea that might help ease me into talking on record about my creative process. It would be called "Bringing Ye Olde Times into the 21st century"
So while working on the lore of Spirit's Blessing, I essentially came up with three divine groups; gods, great spirits and divine beasts. But just like Pokemon, just because you're treated equal doesn't mean you're equal. The gods created the great spirits and divine beasts in order to manage both the animals and the magical power of the world they created.
