Disclaimer: I regret how I set up Weebly, so finding things is not as easy as I'd like. That said, I keep resources in a few places and I added forms so folks can suggest whatever I'm missing.

Learning when you have ADHD

If you have ADHD and need to write a paper, present at a conference, or study for an exam, find advice and help here. Links to popular blog posts, resources from others, and cheat sheets for folks with ADHD looking to learn.

the ADHD Academic
I think one of the best things #ADHD folks can learn is to set boundaries surrounding their needs and not feel guilty adhering to them. This is doubly true for #academia, where the publish or perish, work on weekends, answer emails at 2am etc. culture is going strong. By saying, "I cannot commit to any more committees this term" and "I am not replying to emails over the break," it allows me to focus on what I need to focus on. That's an ADHD win.
