A try to deconstruct the composition: I love how the old-school facade decorations are set in a strong contrast with the modern facade colors. Additionally the graffitis put this in an urban context. What finishes the shot is found in the midground: first the form of the light is very interesting. Second the woman walking towards the hedge framed background, which gives the picture a direction, liveliness and adds some "nature" to the urban setting.

Today's #fensterfreitag gives me the rainys. Thunderstorm outside, excel and spss charts inside. So lets have some escapism.
I really appreciate funfairs for their special atmosphere, lots of motives and subtle spooky vibes. What I love about this shot is the sparkles of rain, the bright lights and the person wearing a skeleton hat casually sweeping the wet ground. All those signs on the windows and the not so pc name give me those great retro vibes. All in all, this ride feels kind of like an archetype of funfairs. It's messy and completely over the top but that's the spirit I guess.
