Debutniverse is my blog where, each week, I watch just the first episode of a different 80s or 90s cartoon and do a write-up of all my thoughts on it! I've covered shows like Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Care Bears, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, and Rocko's Modern Life to name just a few! I would love for you to join me on this adventure!

I don't consider it to be a review blog - I'm terrible at giving numerical ratings and things like that, and I much prefer to enthuse about the parts I enjoy rather than whine about the parts I don't like. So it's mainly an excuse for me to watch a bunch of cartoons and then ramble as much as I like! Oh, and also, I've made a whole bunch of GIFs of each show for you to plunder.

If you like to do art of cartoon characters, please send me your drawings of any of the cartoons I've covered on the site! At this point you have over 90 cartoons to choose from, any skill level is accepted, and it's fine if it's art that you've already created! Once you've sent your art to me, I'll display it in an entry and I'll link to your site or socials alongside it! There are a few different ways you can get in touch with me, but feel free to ask me questions here too!

If you watched cartoons in the 90s or early 2000s, you probably heard some of Guy Moon's amazing theme songs and scores.
