In the training plans I have been using from #8020endurance, nearly *all* the workouts are time-based. In the ~120 workouts in a 15-week half marathon plan, I think fewer than 10 are distance-based—and those ones are important! But the norm is time, and it feels much more doable.
I have a hilarious mix of excitement and trepidation about tomorrow’s #8020endurance #running workout, “The Prefontaine”. They straight-up call it a “sufferfest” and… yeah. 😂 🏃🏻‍♂️
