Gibt es einen Dienst, in den ich eine Liste an Liedern bzw. #Musik einkippe, und dieser Dienst sagt mir dann auf welchen Plattformen ich das Zeug kaufen kann?

Ich habe mal versucht das von Hand herauszufinden und es ist ein echter Pain.

Klar, #Amazon und #Apple hat quasi alles, aber da will ich nicht kaufen.

Aber so verteilt sich das gefühlt komplett wahllos auf #Bandcamp, #Beatport, #quobuz, #7digital

Da ich etwa 60 Lieder kaufen will, wird das Stunden dauern...

Ich bin altmodisch und kaufe auch gerne noch Musik zum Herunterladen. Was ich nicht bei Bandcamp oder ähnlichen Angebten von Bands finde, hatte ich gerne bei 7digital.com gekauft, da dieser Shop auch viele FLAC anbietet.
Aber die "Einkaufserfahrung" wird zunehmend schlechter.

1. Die Suchfunktion ist schlecht. Bitte nicht von der Vorschau der Treffer beeinflussen lassen, immer die gesamte Ergebnisliste abrufen. Möglichst vorher schon genau wissen, wie Bandname oder Titel geschrieben werden.

2. Früher klappte die Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte bei mir problemlos. Seit 2024 wird der Bezahlvorgang durch PayPal organisiert, auch wenn man keinen PayPal-Account hat. Genau aufpassen, denn es ist vorangekreuzt, dass in diesem Fall direkt ein PayPal-Account angelegt wird.
Das ganze scheint schlecht in den Shop integriert zu sein. Hatte heute mehrere Anläufe, wo nach der angeblichen Zahlung eine Login-Seite des Shops kam und der Zahlvorgang erneut durchlaufen werden musste.

Today is #BandcampFriday and I'm not going to buy anything. Even though today most of the revenue goes to the artists, there's still a small percentage that will end up in US pockets, so that's a no go for me.

I do want to support my artists though, and extend my music collection. So what are the alternatives?

european-alternatives.eu/ mentions three: #Spotify (evil), #Deezer and #SoundCloud. All three are streaming servers, with a monthly subscription that is then thrown into a pool and distributed over the artists. SoundCloud does offer downloads of some tracks, but it's not a guarantee.

I used to buy music at #7Digital, a UK firm. But that's now been bought by #Songtradr, the same US-based company that owns Bandcamp.

That's not what I want. I don't want a monthly subscription fee. I want to buy specific albums, download them and then own them, without a single cent of my purchase going to the USA.

Any recommendations?

Wollte mir letztens einen Haufen Musik bei #7digital kaufen. Waren insgesamt knapp über 60 Euro. Nach der Bestellung dann festgestellt, dass die Downloads nur über http (nicht https) möglich sind 🙈🤡

Firefox blockt das logischerweise, weil insecure.

Naja, wenigstens hat der Support auch eingesehen, dass das nicht secure ist und mir den Kaufpreis rückerstattet.
