finally managed to fix GPredict TLE downloads so it will update without manual download and install

celestrak don't seem to respond for me now? so managed to find https://www.amsat.org/tle/daily-bulletin.txt

just wish i could fix GPredict radio control so it don't hang / crash every 60-90 minutes with rigctl

Конструирую яги на 70 см на 7 Эл.
Идея в том, чтобы она была до метра (удобно носить, есть кусок профиля) А так же хотелось разборную конструкцию.
Вообщем смоделил кронштейны для директоров. Туда втулочки, сверху крышки. Тестовая сборка прошла успешно. Но самое сложное- узел крепления и распайки вибратора- впереди.

A quick mod in a ne(to me) style and yet another MD59 has moved to the 9̶0̶c̶m̶ 70cm amateur band.
This one was Televa branded, which makes it especially neat.

Additionally, before I had a play on 23cms, my good friend @DafyddJack activated the summit on #2m and #70cm using just a couple of older mono-band handhelds he picked up for a bargain price. Using just a whip antenna, he managed to work a station in Lockerbie in Scotland!

Today at Magglingen (990 meters above sea level / JN37OD / -5°C) with the radio to have some very friendly local QSO‘s. Today with the Jopix CB-514 radio for 11m QSO’s and the Stabo FreeTalk COM 3 for PMR446 QSO’s (no luck on this band) Also in the Backpack the Yaesu FT-60D but not in use today.

Today at the Pré Carrel (1340 meters above sea level / JN37OD / -7°C) with the radio to have some very friendly QSO‘s. Today with the Jopix CB-514 radio for 11m QSO’s and the Stabo FreeTalk COM 3 for PMR446 QSO’s. Also in the Backpack the Yaesu DR-60D but not in use today.
