@richlv @EUCommission in the #Netherlands we have 3 types of public roads:
- #streets,
- #roads,
- #highways.

Streets are to access places and are typically is cities. They've usually #30kmh limits, mixed car/bike traffic and paving stones to signal to drives that caution is necessary.
Outside cities streets are used to access farms or remote places, the surface is tarmac but the street width is small and the speed is #60kmh mixed car/bike traffic.
