Day 25/42
#bike tonight for my moving. Before I had kids, I was an easy 50-80 miles/week during the summer season. I love that I was able to get back to it a bit more this past summer and now that all the mutts can get around easily on 2 wheels, I’m hoping for even more of that this summer. Gotta love the #butt thy comes with pedaling :) I’ll be ready for the trails once the snow melts.

Day 23&24/42
I’ve been painting my house this week and was starting to feel it yesterday so I opted for a yoga practice and saved my #rowing for today. I get ready and refreshed pulling today, which was really nice.
Fastest yet. 152/290 rowers in my age bracket on the #concept2 logbook today. Average is not always a bad thing :)

Day 22/42
I took a short break from my row/bike/bell rhythm today and went on a good walk with my littlest partner in crime. She’s short but she can keep up if she runs ;)

Day 21/42
#halfway there on my little challenge!
Definitely feeling fatigued tonight and it was a serious mental battle to not take the day but I’m glad I sucked it up. I’m determined to only take one day out of seven off of the planned work and I took my one on Friday this week. #42tonew
Day 20/42
Pedal pedal pedal. Sweat sweat sweat.
Learning all about heart rate zones and glycogen and all the nerdy workout stuff. #42tonew
Day 6/42
Walked the pups for my movement today. Taking advantage of these days outside while I can.
Was also pumped to have all three of my kiddos join me for #yoga tonight before they tucked in. The 4 year old lasted 15 minutes so that’s pretty sweet ;)
