Anyway, if you like guitar-driven, soulful modern rock (think Neil Young/Crazy Horse, The Drones, Sonic Youth, and Bonnie Prince Billy), you should listen to Michael Beach:
His latest album "Big Black Plume" is a fucking ripper.
How good is Tropical Fuck Storm?
TIL: The sample from Deltron 3030's "3030" comes from a French composer named William Sheller, and the tune is called "Introit". Very good.
Thanks to the very genius Steve Cross and #3RRRFM!
If you're not listening to Steve Cross on rrr.org.au right now, I probably can't help you.
@BinChicken That puts him in good company with Dr Shane Huntington OAM from 'Einstein Au Go Go'. Well done, Richard!

ArtsHub’s esteemed Performing Arts Editor is recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours List for his services to the arts and the Victorian community.
Congratulations to Richard Watts for receiving a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in recognition of his work in the creative arts in Victoria.
Off the top of my head, Richard Watts has worked for years at ArtsHub as Editor, manages La Mama Theatre, worked on the board of Melbourne Fringe, founded the Emerging Writers' Festival, and for many years I've enjoyed tuning-in weekly to hear him host "SmartArts" on RRR FM community radio.
