If I were a wise man
Today I was a wise man. A wise man in a living nativity. Part dress-up; part improv – talking to people as they pass through, teaching them about the three gifts (gold, frankincense, and myrrh), where the two non-obvious ones come from, and what they mean.
It was a lot of fun. I am glad I was roped into it now.

One custom on this day is to share gifts. May not be what you had in mind, but I've shared a picture of my breakfast with you (cornflakes with blueberry jam, don't judge me).
Another custom is the blessing of homes, so please accept my prayer for Christ to enter and bless your home and everyone in it for the whole new year - Christus mansionem benedicat!
