It's getting a bit Nuke-the-Moon in Wandering Earth 2.
Like many works of fiction, the DC Universe uses analogs of "real-world" places, names from other works (often altered) and the whims of creators (and editors). Sometimes these things are just coincidental or fortuitous.
The Legion of Superheroes is ... *hmm* ... in a class of its own when it comes to a lot of its themes. I did not know that the solar system of the planet Cargg had three suns till I read this wiki entry.

Telepaths are DistractinglySexy but can only convey real-time information between the Emperor's present location and the Imperial Court on the homeworld by perfectly ordinary bog-standard faster-than light psychic ability.
(both come in groups of four but travel in twos)
