I could perfectly visualize this one, but it ended up being a little tricky to get right.

I sketched the curve on an iPad and set up multiple strokes to create the lines. This looked good, except for the point where the path crossed over itself β€” all the tools would flatten this intersection, so the strokes were built out around the X instead of creating the overlapping ribbons I wanted.
