A few days ago I tried to build some perls with 32 bit ints and 128 bit floats. Cue test failures. Today I tried again, and this time I read my notes from last time on how to do it, and it Just Works.

Yay past me!

(the #BigInt modules bundled with some versions of perl don't like that combination of data sizes; the solution is to ignore their test failures, install anyway, and then upgrade to the latest versions from the #CPAN)

Hier gibt es nun auch noch die Windows 95 OEM CD-ROM des SR-2.1 aus dem Jahre 1997, sowie eine dazu kompatible Boot-Diskette mit CD-ROM-Treibern verschiedener Hersteller. Das Windows 95, Service Release 2.1 unterstĂŒtzte bereits FAT32, Partitionen ĂŒber einer GrĂ¶ĂŸe von 2GB, sowie grundlegende USB-Treiber. Die Boot-Diskette liegt sowohl als .img Disk Image, als auch in Form sauberer KryoFlux Streams vor.

Die volle 32-Bit Power! Nach lÀngerer Suche hab' ich es diese Woche endlich geschafft, eine vollstÀndige, deutsche Diskettenversion von Windows 95 zu ergattern und alle Floppies erfolgreich per KryoFlux auszulesen. Hochgeladen wurden jetzt sÀmtliche IMG Images und RAW Streams, sowie hochauflösende JPEG-Scans sÀmtlicher 19 DatentrÀger. Zur VollstÀndigkeit halber hab ich euch auch noch das Windows 95 Service Pack 1 dazugelegt.
