I've written a long post about how much I like `3:10 to Yuma` and I wish there were more movies like this
I never thought I'd like westerns, but after all these '3:10 to Yuma', 'The Quick and The Dead' and RDR2, I began to appreciate the 1900± vibe. I mean, 'The Knick' has been one of my favorite shows for a while, so I should have seen it coming
Well, now my brain can't stop spawning ideas for combining tropes I liked in all those stories, like a road movie style with bounty hunters forcing a young surgeon to join them escorting a handcuffed outlaw who is suspiciously calm and gets along with the surgeon surprisingly well
The problem is I can't mute my brain
When my friends and I finished watching '3:10 to Yuma' (and absolutely loved it), I found a fanart of what I thought was Russell Crowe's character in the movie, but the description said it was 'The Quick and The Dead'.
I thought there is no way he played another character who is also an outlaw, a gunslinger, always handcuffed, wears all black, looks the same AND is in a Western as well.
Yeah, guess what we found out
The guy just likes playing handcuffed outlaws I guess
Did I write an entire article on how much I love '3:10 to Yuma'? Yeah, I guess I did
