When you’re 33 & 37 you have less wear & tear on your #endothelial system so you’re not going to notice any real issues immediately which is how the #30something are somewhat fine for most part..for now

I have a confession…

… for the first time in my life I forgot how old I was.

I was sending a gift basket to a friend recently who is a few months younger than me and I wrote “Welcome to your 30s!!!”… than I stopped and thought “Wait… are we 30 or 31… shit…”

I had to do the math…

31… the answer is 31 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

I always get super depressed in December. 17th through the 31st are basically a write off... but happy birthday to me regardless.

Looking forward to 2018 amd trying to keep busy by taking extra shifts at work until the new year kicks in.
