I missed my chance to use the DST time change as an excuse to have the traditional #305cafecito coffee break at 4 PM. Dammit. #DSTsucks
Back at the office, hoping that I can finish my next work task before I succumb to a #NapAttack ... good think it's close to the proper time for a #305cafecito
It has come down to this: I need my #305Cafecito -- aka that shot of coffee you need around 3 PM, and if you're in Miami it's usually delivered by a Cuban friend in a very little white cup.
Today's main work task has been a numbingly boring data import, that has left me ready for the #305cafecito that a Cuban coworker is preparing right now.
I'm still trying to have less caffeine on days when I #WFH but that usually means that, like today, my brain crashes around 3 PM, the usual time when Miami locals have the #305cafecito

Cuban coworker making the daily #305cafecito coffee, when loud thunder rattles the office.

Me: Nature is unhappy. Are you sure you're using Bustelo or Pilon there?

They: Uh, sorry!

3:05 PM. Normally this would be #305Cafecito time, but with my high BP these past weeks, I should ignorZZZ...
Somehow I got dragged (again!) into our semi-customary #305cafecito break, where a long chat about the holidays somehow, thankfully, evolved into a debate of the merits of the #Barbie movie. I'm still feeling physically crappy, but that helped my mood.
3:05 PM. If today wasn't #LazySunday I'd be thinking of a #305cafecito break.
Me: Nice lunch left me a bit sleepy. Must avoid the temptation to nap, and focus on work.
Nature: Sends soothing rain sounds.
Me: Ugh, better do a #305cafecito
