❄️🍎 It's still Sled Zeppelin season!
This bold, bright, cranberry-powered cider is ready to rock your taste buds and send your spirits gliding straight into holiday mode. 🎸✨

Smooth, crisp, and just the right amount of festive — consider it your backstage pass to cozy nights and snowy adventures. ⛄🍻

🎸❄️ Raise a glass, cue the festive vibes, and let Sled Zeppelin rock your sleigh ride into the holidays.

Out of the can, #2townscider's Sled Zeppelin rests in the glass against the sunlight with a dark reddish-pink, clear hue.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of subtle cranberries, Pacific Northwest apples, and cinnamon.
Sipping, we pick up tart and dry cranberries, followed by the skins and meat of the Pacific Northwest apples, subtle cinnamon, and concluding with a dry to semi-dry finish.
Overall, Sled Zeppelin has a medium mouthfeel, notes of alcoholic warmth, and a slickness on the palate.

The yard work now done, we are breaking open a couple fun releases from #2townsciderhouse starting with their POG Cosmic Crisp® and finishing with their Water Wings.
Both with an apple cider base, Water Wings is made with Clementine Oranges, while POG is a tropical-inspired release with Passionfruit, Oranges, and Guava. Thoughts below.
.

.
Out of the can, POG Cosmic Crisp® produces nothing in the way of head or lacing inside the glass. Under the light, it appears pale yellow and crystal clear.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of subtle bubblegum, guava, passionfruit, apple, and some honey.
Sipping, we recover many of those same notes, along with cosmic crisp apple juice, and orange zest and juice. Overall, POG Cosmic Crisp® has a medium to strong mouthfeel, noticeable alcoholic warmth, and a lingering slickness punctuated by honey and baking spices.

Out of the can, Water Wings produces nothing in the way head or lacing. Against white light, it appears yellow, almost orange -yellow with an opaqueness and some sediment on the bottom of the glass.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of orange zest, floral, and apples.
Sipping, we recover those same notes, along with more of the clementine orange juice, and some tropical notes. Overall, Water Wings has a medium mouthfeel, some alcoholic warmth, and a lingering cloying character backed up with some alcoholic warmth.

It's been a minute since we reviewed a #CraftwellCocktails by #2townscider. This go around, we are checking out Transfusion. With notes from the cidery, Transfusion is "...crafted with PNW Concord Grapes, Mexican Key Limes, and an invigorating kick of ginger." And our thoughts? Well, for one, don't be like us and go sans-ice Out of the can, Transfusion, as expected, pours with little or no carbonation. Under the light, Transfusion appears with a red-violet almost magenta color. Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of grape juice (which is why were suddenly craving Welch's), and some lime. Sipping, we pick up much of the ginger, those concord grapes as if you were eating them fresh off the vine, and key lime juice. Overall, Transfusion has a strong mouthfeel, a definite alcoholic warmth, and a dry finish punctuated by ginger. #cider #craftcider #photography #oregon
