With ten candidates running in the Democratic Primary, the winner will likely not receive a 50% majority. In fact, the nominee could win with 30% of the vote or less.

Already used in over 50 jurisdictions nationwide, RCV would allow voters to rank their candidates. It would unite political parties and ensure majority-supported nominees in primaries.
