I'm still digesting and processing what happened with the organizer I hired. It was incredibly traumatic. The weird thing was, it wasn't until much later. During the process, I knew she was going way too fast, but I accepted it because obviously my slower way of doing it wasn't working, so I thought I'd try her way. YIKES.

But the worst part was that she lied.

A few hours after she left, I realized we donated DVDs and didn't check the cases.

I have three more workouts til the weekend. Later tonight, I'm doing yoga. Tomorrow I'm doing yoga. Then I'll do some arms and back work, then powerwalk my angry ass to the main road and back. I need some outside time.

I did buy a walking pad, and I love it! But I've overdone it this week.

Maybe I should also take a hot bath.

Anyway I'm dying :)

As part of my #2025glowup I'm working on nutrition, exercise, and generally losing weight, plus finishing my Invisalign and trying to straighten out my posture.

A few days ago, I downloaded Fantasy Hike, and I'm walking to Mordor! I'm also working my way up to walking 20,000 steps a day. On the schedule ChatGPT laid out for me, I'll be halfway to Mordor in 12 weeks.

In mental health, I've been back at the #piano the last few days. I'm learning some #liszt and the theme to Ghosts n Goblins.
