@mwl #Suggestion Consider some kind of direct #helpdesk #support / #1to1 on Mastodon as THIS is how to really get people doing / building confidence. I admit we're weak at the start and finish and even then solving things can be hard mentally, alone. I used to take people to the gym or park personally as a similar example - I made it easier for first timers (it's the missing togetherness or companionship somehow that blocks things from happening today).
