A few days ago, I visited an old friend—someone Wick, one of my #Charizard, is deeply fond of. He was the one who brought Wick to me after another trainer lost interest. As soon as we step into his training yard, Wick lights up, ready for a friendly match.

The other day, Erik and Noemi asked me to adopt an old #Kingler from their Pokémon daycare. Tenaglio used to crush old cars into cubes at the local scrapyard, until a hydraulic press replaced him. Now he just crushes naps in my pond.

Today I called Mario, a breeder specialized in Bug-type Pokémon. A swarm of #Beedrill had taken over my woods, and I didn’t know how to handle it. Calmly and skillfully, Mario guided them safely to his farm. I kept just one, Hony, to help pollinate my fruit trees.
I rescued Peocho during a countryside walk, trapped in a dried-up canal. His shell was tightly shut to keep his body from drying out. I brought him home and placed him in my pond. Since then, he filters the algae and keeps the water crystal clear.
Today I was struggling to cut through a bramble hedge—my brushcutter wasn’t working properly. So I asked Fèra, my #Scyther, for help. In seconds she carved a clean path, and if I hadn’t stopped her, she would’ve sliced through the metal fence too.
Yesterday I went out again with my friend Nick—we made a special trip to the claw machine to try and get another Pokémon plushie, and we did it! We caught an adorable #Psyduck, and I’ll keep it right next to my pillow.
When Brezzafiamma was born, his legs were a bit crooked, just like mine when I was a child. To help him, I started training him on the beach: trotting on the sand strengthened his legs, and now he runs as fast as the wind.
