I ran the Cambridge Town and Gown 10K last weekend. The weather held so conditions were perfect and I surprised myself with a quick run for me: 45:55. I think I've not run 10K that fast since the start of 2021; my "new" second-hand Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 shoes may have helped.
