What Trump doesn't know, and probably cannot comprehend, is that it's been far less than 100 years since Central Texas' last hundred year flood. And as for 'nobody saw it coming', I saw a similar flood there in the late 90s, and if I still lived in Texas, I'd probably run for higher ground every damn time it thundered.
