今年 #渣馬 開賽時天氣比較凍，#Mandy（#譚旻萱）貼滿成身暖貼，但仍因低溫令哮喘發作，未能在一個鐘內完成10K。Mandy不希望中途棄賽，最後成功捱到尾：「有諗過停低，但同自己講一停低就會後悔。」她預計下年再報10K，期待可以在一個鐘內完成賽事。今日男友有在終點做啦啦隊：「佢喺somewhere，但唔會畀你見到。」

女團 #LollyTalk 的阿Yo與阿妹都有跑10K，阿Yo率先過終點，賽後兩人高呼滿意表現：「堅持到最後，要畀最大掌聲。」阿Yo跑到半路才出太陽，後段又因為路面不平click親：「差啲拗柴，用意志力撐到尾。」而阿妹就好笑地謂：「好專心諗自己嘅路程，跑到表情管理失敗，但一聽到有人嗌加油就繼續衝！」

#BOTD: Li Chun 李純 (778–820), Emperor Xianzong #憲宗 (r. 805–820) of #Tang #唐. One of the last capable rulers of the Tang, his reign is known as the "Yuanhe Restoration" #元和中興 and associated with some of the greatest poets of the mid-Tang such as Bai Juyi #白居易 (772–846).
