#DOTD: Lu Xun #陸遜 (183–245), general of the Three Kingdoms #三國 state of Wu 吳, who successfully defeated the invasion of Wu by the rival state of Shu-Han 蜀漢 under Liu Bei 劉備 (161–223).
#DOTD in #ChineseHistory: Liu Bian 劉辯 (176–190 CE), the Latter Young Emperor 後少帝 of Eastern Han 東漢. Briefly made emperor in 189 CE, his rule lasted for a few months until the warlord Dong Zhou 董卓 replaced him with his younger brother Li Xie 劉協 (獻帝, r. 189–220).#三國
#DOTD: Lü Bu 呂布 (161–199), general and double patricide of the Latter Han 後漢 (25–220), who killed his two adoptive fathers, Ding Yuan 丁原 (d. 189) and Dong Zhou 董卓 (–192). He was famous for his feathers and his swordsmanship with the halberd. #ThreeKingdoms#三國
