Aujourd'hui il s'agit d'un tableau du peintre indonésien Frederik Kasenda, réalisé après la terrible éruption du Merapi (Java) en 1930. L'artiste réalisa de nombreuses vue du volcan avant et après la catastrophe, et 20 % du prix d'entrée à l'exposition allaient à un fond destiné aux victimes.
