Nos han dedicado un pintxo sobre el #eclipse, una especie de bola con una parte exterior de bechamel de morcilla de verduras de Orio con un interior licuado de crema de piquillo, el exterior empanado con panko y maíz y frito como una croqueta.
Hemos hecho una cata en dos situaciones: en una describiendo una escena campestre primaveral con música de Vivaldi; en otra describiendo un alguien urbano de fiesta y jaleo con música de Txarrena con el Drogas. La gente rellenó una ficha de cata y las dos situaciones han generado matices diferentes: en uno más dulzor y notas suaves, en el otro más potencia e intensidad.
Hemos tenido otros experimentos y la ciencia de la fiesta sanferminera del Museo de Ciencias Universidad de Navarra. Ha sido un gusto compartir la experiencia de la ciencia en el bar con tanta gente.
Repetiremos a la vuelta del verano.
