Dogme économique mercantiliste en Europe :

- le pouvoir est relatif, contrairement à la prospérité ;
- l’ #or est une forme de monnaie politiquement neutre ;
- les excédents commerciaux sont un avantage ;
- si tu gagnes, je perds, donc je dois gagner à tout prix (cf accaparement ressources #guerre) ;
- protectionnisme = production nationale favorisée = taxes et interdictions d'importation sur certains produits/machines.
